Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using any Alacrysim app, game, or tool, you agree to these Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement (EULA) below. If you do not agree, please do not use the products.

License to use the apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for their intended purpose on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform (e.g. the Apple App Store).

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the products: no reverse-engineering except where permitted by law, no interfering with the service, and no using the apps to harm others or break the law.

Intellectual property

The apps, their design, and the content we provide are owned by Alacrysim or our licensors. Content you create remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the product for you.

Third-party services and stores

Our apps are distributed through platforms like the Apple App Store and may use third-party services. Your use is also governed by those parties' terms, including Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

Disclaimers

The products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We're a lab - some things are experiments.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alacrysim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products.

Termination

You may stop using the apps at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue a product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
