Who we are
Alacrysim LLC ("Alacrysim," "we," "us") builds and operates the apps, games, and tools listed on this site. This policy explains how we handle information across those products. An individual app may add a product-specific notice; where they differ, the product notice controls.
Information we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. On this website, that means the name, email address, and message you send through our contact form, and the email address you give us to join a product's launch waitlist. Individual apps may collect additional data needed to function - such as content you create or basic device and diagnostic information - as described in that product's own privacy notice.
How we use information
To provide and improve the apps, respond to support requests, fix bugs, and keep our products safe and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and third parties
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed. These currently include Apple (App Store distribution), Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (waitlist storage), and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your personal information, and we may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Contact-form messages and waitlist sign-ups are kept until they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region) unless explicitly stated, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted in-app where appropriate.
